The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and the easterlies will continue to bring cloudy skies over several areas of the country. According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Thursday afternoon, the ITCZ will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over SOCCSKSARGEN, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga Sibugay, Davao Occidental, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the rest of Mindanao. The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms because of the easterlies.

Meanwhile, light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters may be felt over the Philippines. Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 5:37 a.m.
