ITCZ to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains across Mindanao

Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms because of the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), PAGASA said in its early Saturday morning forecast. The easterlies will prevail over the rest of the country. Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters are expected across the country.
