Minadano will experience scattered rains and thunderstorms in the next 24 hours due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), PAGASA said Sunday afternoon. According to its 4 p.m.
weather forecast, the state weather bulletin said Palawan will also experience the same weather conditions due to the ITCZ. These moderate to at times heavy rains may cause flash floods or landslides. Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will persist over Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to the easterlies.
