JACKSON, MI – More than 300 students from Jackson High gathered at the American 1 Event Center Saturday night for a “Garden of the Gods” themed prom. Students walked a golden carpet flanked with Greek columns as they entered the venue, which featured photo booths, a 360 degree camera, hors d’oeuvres including a chocolate fountain and, of course, a central dance floor. Students donned white, gold and embroidered gowns and suits to match the elegant theme – some accessorized with shades and hats.
