Jimmy Kimmel said President Donald Trump picked a strange way to announce that he would attend the funeral of Pope Francis , who died on Monday at the age of 88. “Trump announced that he will be attending the pope’s funeral. He said they’re ‘ looking forward ’ to being there, like he got tickets to Coachella or something,” Kimmel said.
But he said there’s a risk Trump will do more than just attend the funeral while there. “What are the chances Trump declares himself pope?” Kimmel wondered. “They’re not zero.
