Controversial rapper Kanye West has made a startling claim, alleging an incestuous relationship with a male cousin. Adding to his series of eccentric posts, the 47-year-old shared on X on Monday (21 April 2025) that he engaged in sexual activity with a cousin who is now incarcerated. He revealed this while unveiling a clip of the music video for his new song titled Cousins.
