All-you-can-eat event on May 5 supports local youth programs

JAMESTOWN — The Kiwanis Club of Jamestown invites the community to its annual Pancake Day fundraiser, taking place on Monday, May 5, from 11 a.m.-7 p.

m. at Club 1883, located at 519 1st Ave. S, Jamestown.

Pancake Day brings families and friends together for an all-you-can-eat meal featuring pancakes, sausage, coffee, milk, and juice — all while supporting children and youth in the community. ADVERTISEMENT Ticket prices are $10 for adults, $5 for children 12 and under, $25 for a family pass and the meal is free for children under 5. All proceeds from the event go directly to support programs that benefit children and youth in the Jamestown community.

Last year’s event raised nearly $10,000, thanks to generous community support and local sponsors like Hugo’s Family Marketplace. “This event is about more than just pancakes — it’s about coming together to support kids right here in our community,” said Jennifer Tostenson, president of the Kiwanis Club of Jamestown. “Every ticket purchased helps us fund service projects, scholarships and enrichment programs for local youth.

” Attendees can purchase tickets at the door. Donations are also welcome via Venmo — look for the QR code at the event or on the Kiwanis Club’s Facebook page. For more information or to RSVP, visit the event page: https://www.
