The Knicks and Pistons are getting into it during Game 3 of their first-round playoff series in Detroit.In what was a physical back-and-forth first quarter Thursday night, Mitchell Robinson of the Knicks and Paul Reed of the Pistons got into a tussle on the court, pushing and shoving each other as each tried to establish positioning. Karl-Anthony Towns, Robinson's teammate, got involved and shoved Reed away.
