The health-conscious fast-casual brand is bringing its signature bowls and salads to a new location.

Leaf & Grain is preparing to expand its Houston footprint with a new location in the Memorial area, bringing its customizable salads, hearty grain bowls, and scratch-made dressings to 9655 Katy Freeway #110. The health-forward fast-casual restaurant, led by Owner Deets Hoffman, has officially secured permits for the buildout of its next site.According to public filings, the upcoming location will undergo a full interior renovation of an existing 4,980-square-foot restaurant space.

The project is expected to cost approximately $500,000, with work scheduled to begin in May 2025.With a reputation for transparency, quality ingredients, and community-focused service, Leaf & Grain has carved out a loyal following across Houston. The brand’s expansion signals continued demand for nutrient-rich meals served quickly—without sacrificing flavor or freshness.
