Game 2 of Lethbridge’s WHL playoff series against the Calgary Hitmen has gone to the Hurricanes. Playing in Calgary on Saturday, April 12, the Canes came out with a 2-1 win. Brayden Edwards scored the game’s first point at the 14:22 mark in the second period.

Assists were made by Noah Chadwick and Miguel Marques. With just three minutes left in the final period, the Hitmen hit the net to tie the game. Just one minute later, however, Kooper Gizowski scored the game-winning goal for Lethbridge, thanks to assists from Anthony Wilson and Chadwick.

Lethbridge is now up 2-0 in the second-round playoff series. Games 3 and 4 take place at the VisitLethbridge.com Arena on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 15 and 16.
