Lindsay Lohan's Father Michael Lohan Sentenced to 9 Months In Jail After February Arrest

Michael Lohan is heading back to jail. The 64-year-old estranged father of Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to almost a year in jail by a judge in Florida on Wednesday (April 23), according to TMZ.His court appearance where he received his sentencing stems from a probation violation after being arrested back in February for allegedly assaulting his estranged wife in Texas.

Michael pled guilty to violating his probation in his Florida case, even though he was arrested in Texas. Though he was sentenced to nine months in jail, the judge noted he’ll receive a credit of 38 days for time served.As he heads to jail for violating his probation, his assault case in Texas is still pending.

This is not the first time Michael has been in jail or prison. Previously, he was sentenced to three years in the early 90s and also served a year in the late 90s. He also served time in the early 2000s and was in jail once again 2011.
