LIVE: A38 crash causing huge delays as rain batters region

There is queueing traffic on the A38 between Plymouth and Exeter, due to a collision. One lane on the eastbound expressway has been closed near the Kingsbridge turn-off. It happened at about 11am on Good Friday.
