The local arm of a national charity has appointed a wellbeing business guru to its board. Age UK Bolton has appointed Becci Martin, founder and director of Bolton-based business Boo Coaching and Consulting , to its Board of Trustees. Becci is a nationally respected voice in workplace wellbeing, leadership development and person-centred management.

A Boltonian through and through, Becci is said to bring a powerful blend of expertise, energy and values that perfectly align with Age UK Bolton’s evolving culture and ambitions. Her appointment comes at a significant moment for the charity, which has committed to strengthening its leadership and management development in the year ahead and beyond. This work is about creating the right conditions for Age UK staff to thrive, so they can bring and be their best selves at work.
