Check out these two new spots for handmade crafts in the Lehigh Valley.

Two spots to find handmade candles, soaps and other crafts are coming to the Lehigh Valley this weekend.Joint Goods opens its new location 10 a.m.

Saturday at 45 E. Belvidere St. in Nazareth, replacing The Curious Plantaholic plant store that closed in February.



In addition to selling products created by owner Martina Calluori and others artists, Joint Goods also will also host crafting classes.Calluori started Joint Goods in March 2020, selling items online, at local farmers markets and out of her own home.“It’s a very stressful world, so I’m like, let me add some niceness where I can,” she said.

“I love the room sprays and the home diffusers, and you just walk into a room [and] you’re like, ‘Oh, okay, I’m chill, I’m calm.’ I sound a lot more like hippies than I am, I think.”Joint Goods is open 11 a.

m. to 5 p.m.

Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.

m. Saturday and 11 a.m.

to 4 p.m. Sunday.

m. Saturday is The Hive at the Promenade Saucon Valley in Upper Saucon Township. The marketplace is located between the Red Robin and American Eagle.

The Hive moved to the Promenade from the Allentown ArtsWalk, and will be open daily. “Vendors have been busy this week setting up their shelves, and filling the space with excitement for the grand opening of our Promenade location,” The Hive said on Facebook. “None of this could be possible without the hard work of these vendors, and our wonderful customers!”The Hive also has a store at 27 Belvidere St.

in Nazareth, which opened in 2023..
