Low-pressure area spotted east of Mindanao — Pagasa

— Photo from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration MANILA, Philippines — A low-pressure area (LPA) was spotted east of Mindanao on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. According to Pagasa weather specialist Chenel Dominguez, the LPA was spotted 695 kilometers east of Mindanao as of 3 a.m.
