Perhaps the concern that Luka Doncic could leave the Lakers next summer is unwarranted.

6 3-point attempts a game.He has made life a lot easier for LeBron James and Austin Reaves while opening up easier offensive opportunities for everyone. Still, there is a bit of a cloud hanging over the organization when it comes to him.

He can opt out of his contract and become a free agent next summer. As a result, some are a bit nervous that he could decide to depart and therefore leave the Lakers empty-handed.But in an interview with ESPN's Malika Andrews, he seemed to indicate that he wants to remain with the Purple and Gold.
