Ireland is a small place. We’re used to ambling along a street in a different part of the country and bumping into someone we know. That’s what happened to me at the top of Grafton Street in Dublin a few weeks ago.

The people I saw didn’t know that I knew them. I had never met them before but I knew their names, their approximate age and roughly where they lived..
