As revealed in a court filing obtained by DailyMail.com, attorneys for both the plaintiff, former Fox Sports hair stylist Noushin Faraji , as well as the defendants have been engaged in settlement discussions.
Front Office Sports was the first to report the settlement talks. ‘On March 10, 2025, the Parties mediated this matter,’ read the filing from Los Angeles County Superior Court. ‘While the Parties did not resolve at mediation, they are continuing to engage in settlement discussions with the mediator.
’ Furthermore, both sides are pushing to move an initial status conference from April 22 to July 29 ‘to preserve resources.’ Filed in January, Faraji’s lawsuit accuses Bayless and Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon of sexual harassment. Bayless is specifically accused of offering $1.
5million to Faraji for sex, while Dixon is allegedly groped the stylist's back side. Taylor , herself, is accused of dismissing Faraji's sexual harassment complaints against Bayless and Fox Sports executive Dixon, allegedly telling the hair stylist to 'get over it.' The lawsuit was filed after Bayless’ departure from Fox Sports’ cable network, FS1, but Taylor continues to work at the network after returning from a mysterious two-week absence in March. Dixon has also been accused of pinning Fox Sports host Julie Stewart-Binks against a wall and attempting to kiss her during a 2016 meeting in a hotel room, but he has denied that claim. In February, Fox Sports decided to place him on administrative leave, according to The Athletic.
Both Taylor and Bayless have previously denied the allegations, while Fox spokespeople said they ‘take these allegations seriously’ but ‘have no further comment.’ DailyMail.com has reached out to all attorneys in the case for comment on the settlement negotiations described in the latest filing.
