RUBEN AMORIM has given a first start to academy defender Tyler Fredricson against Wolves. The Manchester United manager makes five changes from the side that dramatically beat Lyon 5-4 on Thursday. And the biggest one being the introduction of Fredricson in the backline - with the 20-year-old partner Victor Lindelof at centre-back.
Fredricson won the FA Youth Cup with United in 2022 and has played at Under-17 and U18 level for England. But was named in United's first-team squad this year - featuring on the bench twice this season. United needed last-gasp goals from Kobbie Mainoo and Harry Maguire to see off Lyon in the Europa League quarter-final.

Leny Yoro and Maguire drop out for Lindelof and Fredricson with Harry Amass also given a start. Casemiro, Bruno Fernandes and Diogo Dalot also make way with Christian Eriksen and Mainoo also coming in.
