A reward of up to $50,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Mohamed Shire, 34, under the Bolo program , an initiative that is leveraging social media and technology to encourage members of the public to be on the lookout for fugitives, in co-operation with National Capital Area Crime Stoppers.
