Vangalil PITTSFIELD — Manoj Vengalil, a longtime executive at Interprint, has been appointed chief executive officer of the Pittsfield manufacturer. Vengalil, a Pittsfield resident, joined Interprint in 2003, and over 22 years has played a vital role in the company’s growth, previously serving as director of finance and managing director. He brings strategic expertise and a strong sense of commitment to the Interprint team, its customers and the local community.
“Interprint’s success is deeply rooted in the support we've received from Pittsfield and the greater Berkshire region,” Vengalil said. “As CEO, I’m focused on honoring that connection by continuing to invest in our people, create high-quality jobs, and strengthen our partnerships both here at home and across North America.” This transition comes as Bill Hines Jr.
, who helped shape Interprint’s journey for nearly three decades, moves into a new advisory role with the company on June 1. “Interprint and Pittsfield have been and will continue to be my home,” Hines said. “While I will step back from daily operations, I look forward to continuing to support Interprint and staying connected to the community that’s supported us so generously.
” To further strengthen its leadership team, Senior Vice President of Sales Michael Marchand, and Purchasing and Facilities Manager Jason Baumgart, have been promoted to the company’s executive leadership team. They join Technical Manager David Murray and Director of Communications Peter Stasiowski in guiding the company forward. Interprint is a worldwide leader in décor design and printing for the decorative laminate, furniture, case goods, and flooring industries.
