Medical Assistance in Dying: Canada

A bill that would allow people with serious mental illness to die with dignity has been introduced in the Canadian Parliament. We've all heard of 'Medical Assistance in Dying':, where a person dies with dignity with the help of a doctor. Now, Canada is moving closer to a bill that would allow people with serious mental illnesses, including severe depression, eating disorders, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and autism.

This video is a town hall meeting with Conservative politicians, but even within the same party, there is a lot of personal disagreement on this issue.
