Metro Manila, most parts of PH to have hot weather

MOST parts of the archipelago including Metro Manila would be experiencing another hot and humid weather within the next 24 hours due to the easterlies, the state weather agency Pagasa said Sunday.Pagasa's weather specialist Jame Daniel Villamil said the easterlies, in particular, would be affecting Davao Occidental, Davao Oriental and Sarangani where cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms would be likely.With winds coming from the east and passing through the Pacific Ocean, carrying warm temperatures, the weather system will also bring isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the rest of the country, weather forecater Villamil said.Citing the agency's data and analysis, he said no weather disturbance is expected within the Philippine Area of Responsibility in the next few days."All throughout the day the country will have generally fair weather with isolated rain showers or drizzles especially during late afternoon or in the evening," Villamil said.
