The wide receiver and cornerback is leaving the Power Four altogether.

From the Big Ten to the SEC to the Big Ten to the Group of Five -- it's been quite a journey for former Michigan football wide receiver and cornerback Amorion Walker.Entering the 2023 season, Walker was hailed in spring ball by then-head coach Jim Harbaugh as 'a unicorn' after switching to cornerback. But the spring game featured a scholarship player burned often by then-walk-on wideout Peyton O'Leary.

Injuries then precluded Walker from seeing the field that season and he transferred out in the offseason after the national championship game, choosing Ole Miss as his destination of choice. But, he only remained in Oxford for one semester and transferred back to Ann Arbor, expected to be a wide receiver.Again, injuries hit Walker hard.

He had a big catch against Washington but then wasn't on the field much. After the 2024 campaign, he hit the transfer portal, again. And per On3's Pete Nakos, the Louisiana native is heading South again, this time opting for Middle Tennessee.

Simpson has yet to join the maize and blue, but will in the summer. McCulley started wearing No. 13 but after spring ball was awarded the coveted No.
