This was announced by the budget carrier in a Facebook post as of 5 p.m. READ : Cebu Pacific, Air Asia hit by Microsoft global outage “Cebu Pacific (CEB) Flight 5J 5038, bound for Nagoya from Manila, turned back and safely landed at Ninoy Aquino International Airport at 3:36 PM after the aircraft experienced technical issue,” the post read.
“Our immediate priority was the safety of our passengers and crew. Upon landing, all passengers were assisted by our ground staff. Currently, our passengers are being cared for as we recover everyone on another flight or arrange for them alternative travel plans,” it also said.
