The West Ham striker didn't hold back after his side's 1-1 draw to Southampton.

West Ham United's run without a win extended to six matches on Saturday afternoon after they failed to beat already relegated Southampton in their Premier League clash at the London Stadium. Graham Potter's side have been poor in recent times but were expected to return to winning ways against a Southampton side that are set to go down as one of the worst teams in Premier League history. They looked to be on their way to victory when Jarrod Bowen gave his side the lead just after half-time.

However, the Hammers were unable to hold on as they were forced to settle for a draw when Lesley Ugochukwu netted an equaliser in the third minute of stoppage-time. Niclas Fullkrug Rages At Teammates After Southampton Draw Niclas Fullkrug started the match and assisted Bowen's goal before being replaced with 10 minutes of the match remaining. The German forward was selected for media duty after the match and he was absolutely furious in his interview with Sky Sports.

Fullkrug made his feelings very clear as he questioned the mentality of the team and called out some of his teammates for their reaction to Bowen's goal. He said: "It is a mindset problem. Very angry today.

Not disappointed, just angry with what we did after the goal. "It was difficult to bring the boys back to push up, we didn't push up anymore. We tried, but we didn't have the ability or the motivation to push up again.

I am very, very angry that we played like this. "We had some minutes where we showed what we can do against an opponent like that at home. We showed the possession we can have, that we can go in behind and have the chances to score again.

"But the motivation, sorry we were s*** and I'm very angry. It is not the first time where we score a goal and then the next goal kick we just shoot the ball long. We don't try to play football anymore.

We don't push up anymore, we just sink and that's not the way we want to play. "Why we play 65 minutes before with possession, even if it's not perfect. We try to play with possession, try to create chances, we try to score and then we score and after that half of the team try to score again and the other half just try to defend very deep.

That is not the way it works. "We have to find a way to have togetherness, to have the idea, where we want to go and what we want to do. The coach was very clear with what he wants, we have to do it all and everyone has to do it.

" West Ham will be looking to put things right and return to winning ways when they travel to the Amex Stadium to take on Brighton on Saturday April 26. The Hammers are currently 16th in the Premier League and are destined for a bottom-half finish..
