The viral post drew mixed reactions from users, while Tata Motors reached out and offered service support to the vehicle owner. A woman’s LinkedIn post is making waves online after she recounted a shocking incident involving her Tata Nexon in a multi-level parking lot. Shailya Jaggi, a writer, shared that her car, fondly named Suzy, was caught in a freak accident when the parking lift above it malfunctioned and collapsed.

“She took a whole sedan plus the weight of the broken lift. We thought we’d find a pancake instead of our Suzy," Jaggi wrote, expressing her disbelief that the Nexon had come out of the ordeal largely unscathed. Describing the vehicle as “a beast," she noted that while it sustained minor bruises, there was no major structural damage.

Jaggi said she was alerted to the incident by a security guard and was stunned to see how well her car had held up under the impact. Her story quickly went viral, with many users applauding Nexon’s build quality and safety. “You’re welcome for the user-generated crash testing.

We’re available for brand deals and lifetime free servicing (just kidding, but also not really)," she said, tagging Tata Motors in the viral post shared three days ago. Since then, the post has garnered over 24,000 likes and more than 700 comments. In later edits, Jaggi thanked readers for their concern as some of them pointed out that she should get her car checked by professional experts.

As the post went viral, Tata Motors also responded: “Suzy – 1, Physics – 0; The service is on us...

the least we can do for our Suzy." Jaggi later confirmed that the company had reached out and was going to take the vehicle for a service. Many people gave mixed reactions on the issue.

While some praised the vehicle’s strength, others pointed out that Physics had a critical role to play in the incident. “I don’t know anything about cars, but a little about physics. The shock resistance and weight distribution on this thing.

.. it went straight to the tyres, brilliant engineering!" a user commented on the post.

Echoing similar experiences, many comments praised Tata Motors for its durability. One user wrote, “We’ve been driving Tata cars with confidence for 16 years." Meanwhile, another user expressed their shock at the incident, saying: “New fear for multilevel parking unlocked!".
