S. strategic assets in the depth of the Asia-Pacific region are far from being the temporary deployment for the joint drill with Japan. The American government had said that the deployment contributes to the strengthening of the interoperability between the United States and Japan and regional stability.

But Pyongyang insists the “death swan” nested in Japan will not improve regional security but only serve America’s “political and military hegemony” in the region and “the formation of the US-led exclusive military bloc.” The nation warns that the U.S.
