Oman's sultan to visit Moscow, state news agency says

CAIRO, April 19 (Reuters) - Oman's Sultan Haitham binTariq al-Said is set to visit Moscow on Monday, the Omani statenews agency said, as Muscat-mediated nuclear talks between Iranand the U.S. began on Saturday.
