OnePlus is preparing to launch the OnePlus 13T in China on April 24, though its global and Indian availability remains unclear. Meanwhile, a new report suggests that OnePlus is also working on another device, likely the OnePlus 13s, which is expected to debut in India by the end of Q2 2025. The phone is said to be a new 'S' variant within the OnePlus 13 series and aims to deliver a flagship-grade experience at a more accessible price point, potentially followed by a global release.
While it’s positioned as a flagship killer with top-tier features at a lower price, it could overlap with the existing OnePlus 13R, which already offers high-end performance in the mid-premium segment. It will reportedly be powered by a Snapdragon 8-series chipset, though the exact model hasn’t been confirmed yet. The phone could come with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage. In terms of software, the 13s is tipped to run OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15, and may also feature an in-display fingerprint sensor—either optical or ultrasonic—and a durable design with an IP68 or IP69 rating.

On the front, it may have a 32-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. A standout feature could be its massive 6,000mAh battery, likely paired with 80W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging support, aligning it with the battery capacity of the flagship OnePlus 13. The OnePlus 13s is rumored to launch in India at a starting price of around Rs 55,000, aiming to deliver flagship-level features at a more affordable price point.
It is expected to be available in two colour options — Obsidian Black and Pearl White. While OnePlus sometimes releases certain models exclusively in specific regions, the 13s is tipped to debut in India first, with a potential global launch to follow. However, these details remain unofficial as the company has yet to confirm any specifics.
