As the huge lightweight clash was approaching, the stakes were raised for the fight as Conor McGregor declared his interest in fighting the winner of the fight.
McGregor then went on to bet $500,000 on Chandler to pick up the ‘vicious KO’, expecting that he and ‘Iron’ may finally share the Octagon.
