The Pahalgam terrorist attack has left the country reeling with shock and anger. Amid it all the entertainment industry has decided to postpone all their launches and promotional events to express their solidarity towards the victims and their grieving families. A day after singer Arijit Singh took to his official social media handle to announce that he will be cancelling his upcoming concert in Chennai, Shreya Ghoshal too has followed in his footsteps and cancelled her Surat concert.

A post shared by Tarish entertainment (@tarish_entertainment) Sharing the announcement of the same on her Instagram, the organisers of her All Hearts Tour informed her fans that her Surat concert which was supposed to be held on April 26, 2025, Saturday has been cancelled in the wake of the Pahalgam terrorist attack. The concert would have taken place at the Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Indoor Stadium from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. All ticket holders will receive full refunds, and the amount will be automatically refunded back to your original mode of payment.” A post shared by Vaarso Musical Series (@vaarso.musicalseries) Her announcement has come after Arijit cancelled his concert in Chennai, which was scheduled on April 27, Sunday, at the YMCA Ground, Nandanam.

Terrorists opened fire on innocent civilians and tourists in Pahalgam's Baisaran in Jammu and Kashmir. Videos and photos of the attack are currently going viral on social media, leaving citizens enraged over the government’s lack of protection and security.
