PNP autopsy shows Que, driver died of ‘asphyxia by manual strangulation’

MANILA, Philippines — Filipino-Chinese steel businessman Anson Que and driver Armanie Pabillo died due to “asphyxia by manual strangulation,” according to Philippine National Police (PNP) spokesperson Brig.
