Lakewood city records show a Chase bank branch is slated to be developed by AmCap Properties, a Connecticut-based real estate firm with an office in Glendale. AmCap also owns the shopping center next to the restaurant.Chase spokeswoman Maura Cordova said the location will open in 2026.
