Relegation: Ndidi set for Leicester City departure

Nigeria international, Wilfred Ndidi, could leave Leicester City at the end of the season following the Foxes relegation from the Premier League. Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side relegation was confirmed following Sunday’s 1-0 home loss to Liverpool. Ndidi signed a three-year contract extension last summer.

Turkish club Besiktas and three unnamed clubs are reportedly keen on signing the midfielder. The Nigeria international has made 24 league appearances for Leicester this season with four assists to his name. He has spent eight years at the Kings Power Stadium.



The 28-year-old could now be ready to seek a fresh challenge elsewhere..
