According to a report from Sky Sport (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer is nearing his return to the pitch, In addition, Sky gave some insight into the much-anticipated goalkeeper rotation for next season: Manuel Neuer is on the verge of returning to team training and wants to be back to the starting lineup in the final games of the season. As for next season, Neuer will continue to be the starting goalkeeper, while Jonas Urbig will be his backup but is expected to get appearances - even if Neuer is fit. The games will be discussed between the two goalkeepers and the coaching staff during the course of the season.

With Urbig showing he has the mettle to man the position at Bayern Munich, it would not be shocking to see him get semi-regular time next season. No doubt, Neuer will still get the majority of the minutes, but Urbig’s steady play likely has everyone feeling at ease — at least at the moment. Are Bayern Munich fans just exhausted and mentally worn down from the past few seasons? Maybe! The supporters might be losing some steam after a tumultuous period, so let’s talk about why so many are just zapped.

We’ve also got some chatter on the transfer rumors surrounding Kim Min-jae and why Joshua Kimmich is shouldering so much of the blame after Bayern was eliminated from the Champions League by Inter Milan.
