Return of the local bobby in Bolton with a modern day twist

ocal neighbourhood officers have visited Fernhead Close, #Farnworth, along with our partners #Bolton at Home to conduct street surgeries. This will provide valuable information to us and our partners in relation to issues affecting residents in the area.

Neighbourhood police officers are finding out what matters most to residents by meeting them on the street. In a modern twist to the bobbie on the beat, officers are conducting street surgeries to meet the people they work to keep safe. Recently they were at Fernhead Close in Farnworth along with other agencies, including Bolton at Home.

A spokesman for GMP Bolton said: "This will provide valuable information to us and our partners in relation to issues affecting residents in the area. Officers have also been visiting local schools to give safety advice as well as attending Community Alliances.
