EXTON, PA — Ricoh USA, Inc. has achieved the top market share position for Continuous Feed Inkjet Systems in the U.S.

and Canada for 2024, according to the IDC Quarterly Hardcopy Peripherals Tracker. This marks the second consecutive year Ricoh has led the U.S.



market. The company’s market share accounted for 37.7% of the total U.

S. continuous feed inkjet market and 60.0% in Canada, reflecting its consistent growth since 2021.

This accomplishment highlights Ricoh’s expanding presence as a leader in the production inkjet device industry, driven by innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. Ricoh attributes this success to its flagship products, including the RICOH Pro VC40000 and the RICOH Pro VC80000 continuous feed inkjet presses. The VC40000 saw robust growth in 2024, benefiting from a high-speed upgrade that strengthened its market appeal.
