Road closures across Worcestershire this week

A SERIES of temporary road closures are scheduled across Worcestershire.

The A443 Main Road in Hallow will be temporarily closed for carriageway patching, with work occurring between the junctions with C2068 Moseley Road and C2256 Bank Lane for two nights from 7pm to 6am between Monday, April 28 and Friday, May 9. In Stanford Bridge, the U9561 and U9567 Orleton Lane will be closed for carriageway resurfacing. This work is expected to take three days between Monday, April 28 and Friday, May 2.

Inkberrow's C2051 Stockwood Lane will also be closed for carriageway surface dressing for two days starting Thursday, May 1. North Piddle Lane will be closed for surface dressing for a day between Tuesday, April 29 and Friday, May 2. In Worcester, the U51013 Lansdowne Crescent and U51012 Lansdowne Crescent Lane will be closed for 26 days from Monday, April 28, for gas main replacement.



Kempsey's Old Road South will be closed for five days from Monday, April 28 for drainage, footway, and cycleway work. Orchard Street in Westercyett will be closed for a day on Tuesday, April 29 for sewer work. U64007 Pudford Lane in Martley will be closed for five days, excluding weekends, until Saturday (April 12) for drainage and flood alleviation work.

Chestnut Street in Worcester will be closed for three days until Saturday (April 12) for footway reconstruction. Powick's Old Malvern Road will be closed for a day on Thursday (April 10) for safe working by Openreach. Kempsey's The Nash will be closed for two days between Saturday, April 5 and Tuesday (April 15) for carriageway patching.

Barbourne Lane and Somers Road in Worcester will be closed for five days until Saturday (April 12) for footway reconstruction. The A38 Droitwich Road in Fernhill Heath will be closed for carriageway surface dressing for two nights between Monday (April 7) and Thursday, April 17, from 7pm to 6am. Oldbury Road in Worcester will be closed for water main replacement for various durations between Monday (April 7) and Friday, July 18.

Newland Crescent in Worcester will be closed for water main replacement for 26 days from Monday (April 7)..
