Saif briefs UK HC delegation about Modi’s malicious agenda

Peshawar - Advisor to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Information and Public Relations, Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, met with a delegation from the British High Commission in Islamabad today.

Peshawar - Advisor to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Information and Public Relations, Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, met with a delegation from the British High Commission in Islamabad today. The delegation included the Head of the Political Section, Zoe Weir, and Political Counsellor, Cormac. During the meeting, both sides held detailed discussions on the overall political situation in the country and the state of peace and security in the region.

They also addressed the situation that arose following the recent incident in Pahalgam. Barrister Saif briefed the delegation on the baseless allegations made by India against Pakistan and highlighted the nefarious designs of the Modi government. The discussions also covered Pakistan’s political landscape, including the illegal cases against Imran Khan and other detained leaders of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).



Pakistan, UK agree to use AI for climate prediction, wildlife monitoring The meeting further reviewed incidents of terrorism in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the effective measures taken by the provincial government to counter them. Barrister Saif informed the delegation that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has allocated billions of rupees to enhance the capabilities of the police and the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD). Additionally, efforts have been intensified to accelerate development in the tribal districts.

He emphasized that under the leadership of the Chief Minister, the provincial government is giving special attention to the sectors of health, security, and education in the tribal areas. The British delegation appreciated the public welfare initiatives and the counterterrorism efforts undertaken by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, assuring their full support and cooperation. At the conclusion of the meeting, Barrister Saif expressed his sincere gratitude to the visiting delegation for their interest and commitment.
