Salman Khan’s brother Sohail Khan has rented out a commercial property in Mumbai’s Bandra area to The Irish House Food and Beverages Private Limited for a monthly rent of ₹16.89 lakh, as per property registration documents examined by Square Yards. The agreement, finalized in March 2025, establishes a starting monthly rent of ₹16.

The area is a hub for Bollywood celebrities, high-end boutiques, gourmet dining options, and premium residential developments. Meanwhile, Sohail Khan made his acting debut with Maine Dil Tujhko Diya and starred in films such as Fight Club, Hello Brother, and Veer. He also operates Sohail Khan Productions, a well-known banner in the Hindi film industry.
