On April 24, Samyang Foods announced the simultaneous global launch of three new pasta products under its international dry noodle brand ‘TANGLE’. The new offerings include: Chunky Tomato Pasta, Garlic Oil Pasta, and Mushroom Cream Pasta. Beginning in early April, Samyang Foods plans to expand exports starting with the U.

S. market, followed by Japan, Europe, China, and Australia, while domestic sales are set to officially commence on the 24th. The three new products feature a unique dry noodle made with chickpeas, enhancing their nutritional content with protein and dietary fiber.



Each package contains 15g of protein and 6g of dietary fiber, allowing for a convenient yet healthy meal option. Notably, TANGLE's dry noodles are produced using a method that involves cooking before drying, rather than the conventional steaming and drying process, which delivers a soft and chewy texture akin to fresh noodles. Each product is complemented by a specialized sauce that aligns with its concept.

The Chunky Tomato Pasta features large tomato chunks, garlic, and onions, capturing a classic Italian flavor. The Garlic Oil Pasta incorporates Spanish olive oil, garlic, and red pepper for a light yet spicy taste. Meanwhile, the Mushroom Cream Pasta offers a rich cream sauce enhanced by the flavors of button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and truffle.
