He also owns Totto Ramen & Sushi Bar in Fairfield and Cherry Blossom Ramen & Sushi Bar in Vacaville. "I think we should serve Suisun people as well," Cho said of the new eatery, adding they are locally owned owned and operated. The menu is authentic Japanese sushi and ramen, prepared by the in-house chef.
Choi singled out fresh bluefin tuna and tonkotsu ramen as his favorite on the menu.
