SUISUN CITY — The Lawler Apartment Homes, off Highway 12, in Suisun City will soon be home to Fish on Fire. It's the third of three restaurants that offer residents dining choices outside their front doors. It's the third restaurant for owner Ryan Choi.
He also owns Totto Ramen & Sushi Bar in Fairfield and Cherry Blossom Ramen & Sushi Bar in Vacaville. "I think we should serve Suisun people as well," Cho said of the new eatery, adding they are locally owned owned and operated. The menu is authentic Japanese sushi and ramen, prepared by the in-house chef.
Choi singled out fresh bluefin tuna and tonkotsu ramen as his favorite on the menu.
