Cast members Taylor Frankie Paul , Demi Engemann , Mikayla Matthews , Mayci Neeley , Jen Affleck , Jessi Ngatikaura , Layla Taylor and Whitney Leavitt are all back for another round of fun, faith and followers with the women of MomTok.

"I never imagined for everything to blow up like this," Mayci says as moments from the whirlwind year since the reality series became one of Hulu's biggest hits. She then adds, "But it's a double edged sword." At one point in the trailer, Taylor teases things are going to "get messy, for sure" as she addresses cameras during a confessional.

Demi, who can be seen talking to police and involved in a seemingly flirty connection during the cast's trip to Italy, where they appear on Vanderpump Villa , then says, "You're opening yourself and your family up to a lot of drama." Demi's far from the only one with drama to handle. Jen Affleck can be seen on the couch, in a tense conversation with husband Zac Affleck, who asks for a hug.

"You can have a handshake," she says extending her arm. In a later moment in the trailer, she describes things between her and Zac — who have since announced they're expecting a third baby together — as "pretty rocky." The two put on a united front, however, when it comes to discussing the Italy trip.

One moment features Jen saying, "Things went down in Italy at Vanderpump Villa," she says. Zac then adds, "She has a cease and desist to keep her from talking about it." In a scene, Demi tells some of the group, "If she comes at me, I will absolutely dominate her.

" The cast also has drama within their own group, from fallouts over a cast trip to debates over whether Whitney's intentions for hanging out with the group again are pure. The group debates whether anyone interested in joining their ranks is a clout chaser as newcomer Miranda Hope makes her big entrance, determined to "set the record straight" about her involvement with Taylor in the swinging scandal that dominated season one. Hope's ex, Chase McWhorter, also briefly appears, seemingly confronting Taylor about going public with her truth.

When it comes to her relationship, both Taylor and on-again, off-again partner Dakota Mortensen appear tearful in the trailer as they try to figure out their connection while parenting son Ever . Elsewhere in the trailer, the women of MomTok are forced to face their feelings about sisterhood. Will they stick together in the face of drama and adversity or is it every mom for herself with relationships and family bonds at stake?
