Hundreds of people were sentenced across Buckinghamshire's courts throughout April. Below is a round-up of some of the biggest cases covered by the Bucks Free Press over the last month. Sharakat Ali (Image: Thames Valley Police) Sharakat Ali Ali was arrested after police raided a property in Chairborough Road, High Wycombe, where they found cocaine and heroin worth an estimated £4,600.

A quantity of cash and scales were also located as well as mobile phones containing messages relating to the supply of drugs. Ali was arrested and later admitted two counts of possession with intent to supply a Class A drug. He claimed there were exceptional circumstances, having been the victim of modern-day slavery, but the judge disagreed.
