SNAPSHOT: Rensselaer County Legislature observes April as National Donate Life Month

The Rensselaer County Legislature observed April as National Donate Life Month to help raise awareness of the need for organ, eye, and tissue donations. Chairwoman Kelly Hoffman, Vice Chair Bob Loveridge and Legislator Tom Grant recently welcomed back Dave Gray to present him a copy of the resolution from the March meeting. Dave spoke about how receiving a donated heart saved his life, and inspired him to travel the state to help raise awareness about donating life.
