BUFFALO, N.Y. — Tonight will be cold and blustery with rain changing over to snow.

A coating for some lower elevations. Low temperatures will drop down to the upper 20s and lower 30s.
Wind chills low 20s to the teens for areas south into the morning. Blustery conditions, winds will gusts to around 40mph as well. Wednesday will be brisk and chilly with scattered snow showers into the hills early tapering by afternoon.
Highs will only be in the upper 30s and low 40s. Any accumulations will melt quickly. This is likely the last of this kind of cold until the flip side of summer.
