Speeding drivers caught on two 20mph streets in Winchester

The motorists were stopped on Hyde Street and North Walls for exceeding the 20mph limit on Friday, April 25. , following complaints from residents. All drivers caught travelling at speeds over 25mph have now been dealt with, according to Hampshire Police.
