Vehari - District Coordinator of Waste Management Company Vehari Rao Khalil Ahmad has said that concrete steps are being taken under the ‘Suthra Punjab Program’ initiated by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to make Vehari a clean, green, and beautiful city. He shared these views during a meeting with President of Vehari Press Club Chaudhry Shahid Niaz, President of Central Anjuman Tajiran Vehari Irshad Hussain Bhatti, and Executive Member Muhammad Ashfaq.Rao Khalil Ahmad highlighted that the teams of the Waste Management Company are working tirelessly day and night to ensure a clean environment for the citizens.
He appealed to the public to actively participate in the cleanliness drive by disposing of garbage at designated places and cooperating with the administration.He further mentioned that an awareness walk will soon be organized to sensitize citizens about cleanliness. “With the support of traders and the public, we can turn the vision of the Chief Minister for a clean and prosperous Punjab into reality,” he added.
