Submissions for 'Kindred' exhibit accepted May 2-4

VACAVILLE — The Vacaville Art Gallery is seeking works to display in "Kindred," a new exhibit about connection, the felt sense that something or someone is aligned with us in a meaningful way. Artists are invited to explore that kind of bond – between people, places, objects or ideas. All media is welcome.

Members pay a $10 entry fee. Nonmembers pay $20. Art should be dropped off at the gallery, noon to 4 p.
